Liberty Tax Service in Mint Hill is a professional tax practice located in Mint Hill Pavilion. The office is a high-volume tax practice that specializes in income tax, accounting, and payroll. Our receptionist is an important piece to the atmosphere and friendliness of our office. The main responsibilities of our receptionist include:
- Answering phones promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Filing client folders when completed.
- Making appointments through our scheduling software.
- Receiving and securing client data and documents during the in-take procedures.
- Inputting payments into our invoicing system.
This is a part to full-time seasonal opportunity from January 15th to April 16th with training occurring Jan 15th through Jan 19th. Please note that daytime hours required. After April 16th the position will be eliminated until the following tax season. The pay is $15/hour and is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for some extra spending money.
The work is fast paced and there is rarely a dull moment in the office. The current staff and ownership are very friendly and always willing to help.
