Registered Behavior Tech (RBT) / ABA-Training & Supervision Provided

Step By Step is actively hiring Behavior Technicians to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. We are a supportive, growth-focused organization that invests in our team through paid supervision, RBT support, and career advancement opportunities.

This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on ABA or autism experience who want consistent work, strong clinical support, and a clear path toward RBT and BCBA growth.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect and record data (frequency, duration, rate, ABC)
• Use ABA techniques including DTT, NET, and task analysis
• Work with clients in home, school, or community settings
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors and families

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience working with individuals with Autism or ABA services
• Reliable, consistent, and professional
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable using basic technology for data collection
• Ability to pass a background check

Experience & Credentials

• RBT certification preferred, not required
• 1+ year ABA or in-home autism experience preferred
• ABA knowledge required (DTT, NET, behavior data collection)
