About the Role
We are hiring Facilitating Alternative Day Environments (F.A.D.E.) Associates for our community-based programs in the Santa Barbara area. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities, helping them reach their goals and live fulfilling lives. This includes:

Assisting with activities like attending community events

Practicing independence.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Hours: Up to 30-40 hours weekly

Qualifications

Patient and eager to support others

Valid driver's license (if applicable to the position)

Reliable vehicle

CPR/First Aid certification and experience with behavioral support are a plus (training available).
