ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2006 and currently lead an experienced team of 11. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I ran a marketing company, where I developed a strong background in building relationships, connecting with customers, and growing a business.
Staying involved in our local community is important to us. Our agency participates in Post Fall Days as well as other community events throughout the summer. We enjoy getting out of the office, meeting people in our area, and supporting the community we serve.
Our agency offers health benefits, a Simple IRA retirement plan, paid time off, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We also make time to recognize and appreciate our team through outings, dinners, and other team celebrations.
One of the things we’re most proud of is the environment we’ve built. Our team works extremely well together, and we value maintaining a positive, supportive, and drama-free workplace. I’m looking for someone who is a genuine team player and will contribute positively to that culture. If you enjoy collaborating with others, value strong working relationships, and want to join a cohesive team where people appreciate and support one another, we’d love to meet you.
