Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based settings or pediatric populations required
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus, though in-person services are essential for this position
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct speech-language services to elementary school students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents
- Adapt therapy methods and materials to meet student needs across various abilities and backgrounds
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in adherence to regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school initiatives as needed
