Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience in school-based settings or pediatric populations required
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus, though in-person services are essential for this position
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct speech-language services to elementary school students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents
  • Adapt therapy methods and materials to meet student needs across various abilities and backgrounds
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in adherence to regulations
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school initiatives as needed
