About the Role
Were looking for motivated people who enjoy working with others and want to grow in a career helping
families plan for their future. As a Client Planning Associate, youll meet with clients virtually, learn
about their goals, and help guide them through a simple planning process. Youll work alongside
experienced team members who will train and support you as you build your skills. No prior licenses
are required to start. Our company offers a training and sponsorship program to help you obtain
industry licenses.

What You'll Do
Meet with clients over Zoom to learn about their goals
Help families review where they are and where they want to go
Walk clients through simple planning options and next steps
Keep notes and stay organized with client follow-ups
Work with your team to support clients and answer questions
Continue learning through team training and mentorship

What We're Looking For
Friendly and good with people
Strong communication skills
Customer service or people-facing experience is helpful but not required
Organized and responsible
Comfortable using Zoom and basic computer tools
Open to learning and growing

Licensing & Training
