Clinical Specialist - CPAP Technician FULL TIME

Location:Grand Rapids, MN
Pay: $18-20/hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri | 8:30am-5:00pm

What You'll Be Doing:

• Guide customers through CPAP Set-ups, downloads, mask fittings, and troubleshooting.
  
• Educate patients and families on Medicare and Insurance coverage
  
• Complete follow-up calls, assessment, and appointments with care and professionalism.
  
• Accurately manage paperwork and enter insurance/client details into our system
  

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in healthcare or home medical equipment is a plus
  
• Certified Nursing Assistants: we'd love to hear from you!
  
• Excellent communication and phone skills
  
• Detial-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping people
  
• English Fluency (written and spoken)
