Job DescriptionReceptionist: Oregon, IllinoisOur customer in Oregon, Illinois, is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Receptionist to work on 1st shift. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, support registration for art shows, and provide excellent customer service to the general public. Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
- Welcome and assist members of the public in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage registration and check-in for art shows and special events.
- Answer phone calls and direct questions or visitors appropriately.
- Enter and maintain accurate information using computer systems.
- Communicate clearly with visitors, staff, and event participants.
- Provide general front desk support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Take initiative to assist where needed and support special activities or events.
Receptionist Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with the public and providing customer service.
- Ability to take initiative and think independently.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong people skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing needs.
Pay for Receptionist: $17.00/hour. Receptionist Benefits:
