We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities:

<li>Provide information about the services</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns</li>
<li>Document and update customer records based on interactions</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services</li>
<li>Informs patients of balances and insurance requirements, strive for 100% collections of copays and patient payments.</li>
<li>Schedules and Reschedules Patient Appointments</li>
<li>Scans documents into EHR</li>
<li>Completes Check in and Check out Procedures for Patients</li>
<li>Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.</li>
