Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Morning Cleaner / Porter / Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in preparing our restaurant for daily service by maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary environment across both front and back of house, while supporting the kitchen team with basic prep tasks.
What You'll Do
- Clean and sanitize dining room, kitchen, restrooms, and common areas
- Sweep and mop floors, wipe surfaces, and maintain overall cleanliness
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently
- Keep dish and kitchen areas organized and stocked
- Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries
- Assist the chef and kitchen team with basic food preparation
- Take out trash and recycling
- Support deep cleaning and organizational tasks as needed
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to work independently and stay on task
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required
