Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is excited to partner with a school district in DeSoto, Texas to find three licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to serve as floaters, primarily conducting student evaluations throughout the district. This role offers a hybrid schedule and the opportunity to work within a close-knit school community.

Position Details:

• Start Date: Immediate hire

• End Date: May 22, 2026

• Schedule: Flexible between 20 and 37.5 hours per week

• Work Setting: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

• Coverage Area: All schools within a 2-mile radius (minimal travel)

• Caseload: Evaluations only; no daily therapy sessions required

• Number of Openings: 3

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid and active Texas SLP license

• Comfortable with itinerant work across multiple school sites

• Strong evaluation and documentation skills

• Candidates must be able to start ASAP
