Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily shipping operations, ensuring customer orders are accurately fulfilled.
• Utilize inventory management systems to identify and organize parts for shipment.
• Prepare packaging materials and create shipping documentation, such as packing slips.
• Inspect items for quality and accuracy before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Run reports to track inventory levels and shipping activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient processing of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support operational efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines during packaging and shipping processes.
• Communicate with internal teams and external customers regarding shipping updates.
• Operate shipping software and systems to process shipments effectively.• Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or inventory management.
• Familiarity with shipping and packaging systems is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure order accuracy.
• Proficiency in using shipping software and inventory tracking tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
• Availability to work onsite and commit to the duration of the contract.
