Registered Nurse (RN) Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients as assigned
- Administer, observe, and record medications, treatments, vital signs, symptoms and general condition of patient
- Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families
- Participate with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
- Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge
- Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned
Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications and Skills:
- Current and Valid RN license
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
- In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
- Physical strength and stamina
- First aid and CPR certifications

As required by state and local law, Fir Lane Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Fir Lane Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
