We’re looking for caring, dependable CNAs, PCAs, and experienced caregivers who want to make a real difference while enjoying a schedule that works for you.

Competitive Pay: Starts at $16/hr!! Our starting Pay rate increased! + higher rates on weekends & holidays

Flexible Scheduling: Build your hours by serving multiple clients in one day (4-hour Respite Care visits & 2-hour Personal Care visits)

Consistent Hours: Services provided Monday–Friday (8am–6pm) + approved weekends/holidays

Qualifications & Education:
o High School Diploma or GED required
o One year-full time experience in personal care or an institutional setting, such as a hospital or nursing home, or one-year full-time experience within the last five years in direct client care in a home care agency setting; or
o Evidence of sympathetic, compassionate, and caring demeanor
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Evidence of maturity and ability to deal effectively with job demands.
o Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
o Attend eight (8) hours of personal care-oriented services per year.
o Must Complete a fingerprint background check
Responsibilities:
o Provide personal hygiene assistance
o Provide assistance with daily living activities
o Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities
o Meal preparation
o Perform light housekeeping around client areas
o Other duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
o Must have a reliable means of transportation.
o Must have a valid proof a negative TB test, or be willing to get tested.
Must have CPR and First Aid certifications from a recognized provider**
