Client-Facing Role with Growth Potential - No Experience Required

We’re hiring a friendly, reliable, and service-driven professional to join our team as a Coastal Territory Lead in the Galveston area.

This is more than a photography position - you’ll be the primary face of our brand in the local market! You’ll work directly with real estate agents, capture listing media, and help build relationships that drive long-term growth.

No extensive photography experience needed. We provide paid training, equipment guidance, and structured processes - you bring the personality and professionalism.

About the Role

This position combines three key areas:

1. Real Estate Media Production
Capture high-quality listing photos and media using a proven system.

2. Client Experience
Deliver a smooth, professional, and friendly experience for agents and homeowners.

3. Territory Growth
Build relationships with agents and help expand our presence in the coastal market.

You’ll become the go-to local representative, supporting both client retention and growth through referrals and networking!

Compensation & Growth

Training Period

• $20/hour (approx. 4 weeks)

After Training

• $30/hour for shoots
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.40/mile

What You’ll Do

Media Production

• Travel to residential properties for scheduled shoots
• Capture interior and exterior listing media using our process
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Upload files after each shoot (no editing required)

Client Experience

• Represent the brand professionally in every interaction
• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients
• Ensure a smooth, positive appointment experience

Relationship Building & Growth

• Build strong relationships with local real estate agents
• Deliver service that drives repeat business and referrals
• Support territory growth through networking and consistency
• Occasionally engage with brokerages or local real estate events

Schedule & Availability

• Monday-Friday availability needed
• 10-20 hours per week (with growth potential)
• Work primarily during 9 AM - 5 PM business hours
• Travel throughout the coastal region
• Flexibility and reliability are essential

Photography experience is a plus, but not required.
