Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist for a 3rd shift, inpatient position in Pensacola, FL. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and performing skilled specimen collections. Plus, you'll have opportunities for continuous growth within our supportive healthcare environment!
Work Schedule
Sunday-Wednesday: Midnight - 10:30 AM

Your Responsibilities
As a Phlebotomist, you will:
- Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and more
- Accurately enter patient information and process billing
- Prepare specimens for testing and maintain patient logs
- Deliver superior customer service to all patients
- Handle administrative and clerical duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency (preferred)
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist (preferred)
- A proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable)
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- The ability to pass a standardized color blindness test
