Stormwater Project Manager (PE Required)
Location: In-office- Greenville/Spartanburg (Relocation considered)
An established and growing civil engineering design firm, is seeking a Stormwater Project Manager to support its continued growth. This is a hands-on, design-focused role ideal for an experienced civil engineer who enjoys producing high-quality plans and solving technical stormwater and grading challenges - without heavy business development expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform civil engineering plan production for site development projects
- Lead stormwater and grading design, including detention, conveyance, and drainage systems
- Prepare construction documents, calculations, and supporting technical exhibits
- Support permitting and coordination with local reviewing agencies
- Collaborate closely with internal design teams in a full-time, in-office environment
- Provide technical input and mentoring where appropriate (experience-dependent)
- Contribute to project delivery with a “doer” mindset, focused on execution and quality
Requirements
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 4–10+ years of civil engineering experience
- Candidates with 15–20+ years of experience will also be considered
- Previous experience with a civil engineering design firm is highly desirable
- Strong background in stormwater and grading design
- Proficiency with AutoCAD-based civil design workflows
- Ability to work independently and produce high-quality deliverables

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $120K-$140K DOE (competitive and flexible based on experience)
