We are hiring Production Associates to support a fast-paced packaging operation. This role focuses on maintaining safety, product quality, and production efficiency. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work.Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety, food safety, and quality standards
- Inspect products and remove defective items from the line
- Operate and stock packaging machines
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible for overtime and 12-hour shift coverage
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
