Job Title: Commercial Plumber
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial and industrial facilities. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team while ensuring all work complies with applicable codes and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, waste, and vent piping.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing drawings.
- Install fixtures, pumps, water heaters, boilers, and other plumbing equipment.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes.
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on construction projects.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
