Job DescriptionElectronics Production AssociateAutomation Personnel Services is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Production Associate to join our client’s team in Dallas, TX (near I-35 & Mockingbird Ln). Hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment working with electronic devices. Primary duties include unboxing, light disassembly, software updates, testing, reassembly, and packaging of Bluetooth-enable products. This role requires comfort working toward daily production goals and rotating between tasks based on business needs.
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule and Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Occasional Saturdays)
Electronics Production Associate Duties & Responsibilities• Perform light disassembly and reassembly of electronic devices• Conduct battery checks and functionality testing • Update software/firmware using PC, cables, and diagnostic tools • Inspect devices for proper operation and quality standards • Repackage finished products for shipments • Meet daily and hourly production quotas • Maintain a clean, organized workstation
Electronics Production Associate Qualifications & Requirements • Prior manufacturing, production, or electronics experience preferred• Ability to meet production quotas in a fast-paced environment• Strong attention to detail and accuracy• Basic computer skills (comfortable working with software updates)• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity• Ability to read, write, and speak English • 20/20 vision (corrected or uncorrected)• Ability to stand for extended periods• Must pass background check, drug screen, and lifting assessment• Must be flexible and willing to cross-train based on production needsJob Type Full-time, temporary.
