Position Overview:
As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us. You will be responsible for proactive outreach, responding to inquiries, and providing behind-the-scenes service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Make personalized birthday calls to customers to strengthen relationships and enhance customer experience.
  • Set appointments for policy reviews to ensure customers are up-to-date with their coverage and options.
  • Review customer changes by managing service tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct thank you calls for new business onboarding to welcome and engage new customers.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer text messages.
  • Check and respond to voicemails in a timely manner.
  • Perform behind-the-scenes service work to support customer accounts and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient with phone, text, and email communication.
  • Experience in customer service, retention, or insurance-related roles is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
