Welder
Location: Cedar Park, TX 78613
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime opportunities may be available)
Hourly Rate: $32 per hour
Integrity Trade Services is partnering with a growing operation to hire a Welder / Fabricator to support fabrication and welding of metal components. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in MIG and Stick welding, who is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Welder Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and Stick welding on various metal components.
- Layout, cut, fit, and fabricate materials to required specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols.
- Inspect welds to ensure they meet industry standards and quality expectations.
- Rework welds when necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding production status and material needs.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner.
Welder Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a fabrication or welding environment (REQUIRED).
- Experience with MIG and SMAW (Stick) welding (REQUIRED).
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques and welding processes.
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending, etc.).
- Must provide own welding tools/gear (REQUIRED).
- Must be able to pass an on-site weld test (REQUIRED).
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
