Job DescriptionCleanroom Associate: Medical Components Manufacturing

Hiring Immediately — All Shifts Available

• 1st: 6am-2:30pm, $18-20
• 2nd: 2pm-10:30pm, $20-22
• 3rd: 10pm-6:30am, $22-24

Position Overview

Production Operators support one of three core areas—Molding, Trimming, or Mill/Mix—to ensure consistent output of high‑quality silicone and plastic parts. This role is essential to maintaining the accuracy, safety, and reliability required in medical device production.

Department‑Specific Duties

• Molder
  • Run and monitor molding equipment to produce silicone and plastic components.
  • Load materials, remove molded parts, and conduct routine inspections.
  • Maintain accurate logs and communicate equipment or process issues.
• Trimmer
  • Finish molded components by removing flash and excess material.
  • Use microscopes to inspect for imperfections such as bubbles, tears, or incomplete fills.
  • Verify cosmetic and dimensional accuracy before parts move to the next stage.
• Mill/Mix Operator
  • Prepare raw materials by weighing, mixing, and milling compounds.
  • Follow batch formulas and documentation requirements.
  • Operate mixing and milling machinery safely and efficiently.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Cleanroom or medical manufacturing experience.
• High level of hand‑eye coordination and fine motor control.
• Familiarity with quality‑driven production environments.
• Strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and documentation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Plain, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
