 Dishwashers are responsible for washing all utensils and small wares in accordance with health regulations and guidelines. They are also responsible for helping to maintain a clean kitchen and prep area. Could also be asked to help the preps complete a task. RESPONSIBILITIES: 
<ul>
<li>Wash all utensils and small wares</li>
<li>Helps keep kitchen clean and organized, including the walk-in</li>
<li>Details dish equipment daily</li>
<li>Responsible for lifting and organizing pots and pans onto shelves</li>
<li>Properly sets up and breaks down the station</li>
<li>Maintaining a professional, composed, and calm demeanor always </li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Current Food Handler certificates</li>
<li>Ability to carry at least 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Basic knife safety</li>
<li>Basic communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to stand for an entire shift</li>
<li>Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift while on the shift</li>
<li>Able to multitask and organize</li>
