What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- At least 1 year of HVAC installation experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Strong understanding of ductwork, airflow, and low-voltage controls
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- NATE certification is a plus
- Experience training or mentoring others is a plus
What You'll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems and ductwork
- Ensure systems are installed safely and perform efficiently
- Complete installations to company quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges
- Deliver a professional customer experience
