Quality Inspector Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)

• Perform first article inspections of parts from machine

• Perform final inspections on completed parts of all bins prior to shipping

• Read and interpret blueprints including GD&T

• Use of inspection equipment that include: micrometers, drop indicator, concentricity gage, optical comparator, Keyence, thread gages, gage pins, pick-up/drop weights, Chatillon, height gage, and mantises to inspect parts

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections on finished parts

• Do inspections on the production floor as required

• Do re-work of non-conforming parts as required

• Make sure work area is clean and organized

• Other projects and tasks as assigned

Quality Inspector Shift Info

• Day Shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm

• Monday - Friday

Quality Inspector Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Quality Inspector experience preferred

• Must possess excellent communication skills

• Proven history of understanding industry safety standards and quality expectations

• Strong understanding of raw materials and the manufacturing industry

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
