Job DescriptionOur team is seeking a Client Services Specialist in Fort Worth, TX, to oversee the non-clinical needs of a patient group, ensure their safety at home, and support nursing staff in carrying out physician orders. This role includes coordinating home care referrals and authorizations, assigning and managing field personnel, maintaining timely order management and organized filing systems, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring compliance with licensure and credentialing requirements. The specialist will also counsel field employees on non-clinical issues, investigate and resolve complaints, uphold company standards of excellence, and perform general office duties as needed.
Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in a healthcare service-related industry
  • At least 1 year experience in home health care, with a preference for those familiar with commercial insurance and private pay
  • Experience in a health insurance call center and/or doctor's office
  • Previous roles such as Health Unit Clerk, Physician Assistant, Staffing Coordinator (nursing home), or Scribe (with hiring experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry with accuracy
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Payroll experience and familiarity with recruiting processes are a plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, compassionate, and professional yet friendly demeanor


Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Compensation: $20.00-$22/Hour
