Responsibilities:
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes efficiently.
• Conduct timely bank reconciliations to maintain up-to-date records.
• Execute payroll tasks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Oversee month-end close activities to finalize financial reports.
• Maintain accurate data entry and financial documentation.
• Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software to streamline processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting workflows and procedures.• Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles.
• Proficiency in account reconciliation, including bank and ledger accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in payroll processing and month-end close activities.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
