Shift: Nights – 3x12 Hours (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced RRT – ECMO Specialist for a 13-week travel assignment in a high-acuity adult critical care setting. Candidates must have hands-on ECMO machine experience and demonstrate advanced respiratory care skills in ICU environments.
Shift & Scheduling Details

3x12 Night Shifts (1830–0700)
-
Occasional rotation to days (0630–1900) as needed
-
Every other weekend required
-
On-call required as needed
-
Floating within scope required
-
Block scheduling: Discuss with manager
-
Locals not accepted (must reside more than 100 miles from facility)

Pending license accepted (must be active at start)
Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years of RRT experience required
-
Minimum 1 year ECMO Specialist experience required
-
First-time travelers accepted (must meet ECMO requirement)

Adult Critical Care experience required
