Allentown, PA Area | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available | Summer 2026 and 2026-2027 School Year
Soliant is seeking Speech Language Pathologists for school-based opportunities throughout the Allentown area. We are partnering with local school districts to identify professionals who are passionate about helping students strengthen communication skills and reach their academic goals.
Openings are available for both summer assignments and the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Opportunities may vary by district, grade level, and student population.

- Pay Range: $40-$60 per hour

Compensation is based on experience, credentials, assignment requirements, and district budget.
Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluate students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and service records
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
