- Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license (required at time of submission)\n
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience\n
- Previous travel nurse experience highly preferred\n
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications\n
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions considered)\n
- Smoke/nicotine free workplace\n
- Former employees must have a minimum 5-year separation to be eligible\n

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU\n
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate specialized ICU equipment\n
- Float to other hospital units as needed, based on experience and policy\n
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records\n
- Provide compassionate support to patients and their families\n
- Adhere to hospital policies, The Joint Commission standards, and best nursing practices\n
