In this role, you will apply the nursing process to deliver exceptional patient care. You will be accountable for the care provided to your assigned patients and will assess the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers. Collaboration with various departments to coordinate patient care is essential. Upholding patient rights and ensuring the confidentiality of their information is a priority. Position Details:Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of a nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Licensure: It is your responsibility to secure and maintain a valid RN license in the state of employment, adhering to all state board of nursing regulations.
- Experience: Relevant experience in nursing is preferred.
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or completion of the course within 30 days of hire.
- Additional certifications may be required based on the specific position or unit, including but not limited to:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
- CPHON (Certified Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurse)
- OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization)
- S.T.A.B.L.E. (Six Assessment & Care Modules)
- C-EFM (Fetal Monitor Certification)
- Other unit-specific certifications as necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- The role necessitates the ability to regularly push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs.
- Prolonged standing and walking are required throughout each shift.
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat is essential for performing job duties.

RN Qualifications:
- Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited institution; BSN preferred.
- License: Must possess a current RN Temporary Permit or RN license in the state of Missouri.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (CPR) certification from the American Heart Association.
LPN Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Preferred Experience: At least 1 year of LPN experience.
- Licensure: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; consideration will be given for comparable educational experience and successful licensure. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current LPN license in the state of employment, meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements.
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or completion of the course within 30 days of hire.
- LPN-IV Certification must be completed prior to or within 3 months of hire.
