We are looking for an experienced Client Service professional who is looking for longevity with a solid company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make a difference by providing great service to your clients.
- Build lasting relationships with your clients.
- Keep clients up to date on their special order furniture while it is being made.
- Schedule delivery when the furniture is ready.
- Assist customers with warranty service requests.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have the competence to identify and solve problems effectively.
- 5 years successful experience in service or sales.
- A positive approach to work and others.
- Strong communication
- Computer literacy
LOCATION
- Work at our beautiful showroom in Oak Brook, Illinois.
- Train at our Corporate Distribution Center in Itasca, Illinois for 8-12 weeks.
SCHEDULE:
- 9-5:30 M-F, or Tu-Sat
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
COMPENSATION:
- $20+ per hour (commensurate wth experience)
