Must be CANS Certified at time of submittal
Job Description:
Unit: Psych -Adolescent Provider (patient age group: 3-17)
Shift: Days (8:30a-5:00p) (NO block scheduling)
Charge Capability: Highly Preferred
Floating Required: No
Scrub Color: Any color
Must have acute care experience
Must work every other major holiday
Flu vaccine required during season
One Week of Orientation

Submission Requirements:
- Up to date resume that includes 2+ year(s) of Social Work experience. Also, must document travel experience. First time travelers will be considered
- Masters degree in social work (MSW).
- MA Licensed social work license (LCSW).
- AHA BLS Required
- 2 recent Manager/Supervisor references matching specialty
- Skills Checklist matching specialty
- Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics
- RTO must be included at time of submission; it will not be guaranteed after confirmation.
- EMR Exp Preferred): EPIC
- Will accept previous travelers and FT employees, must be sent for review
