You'll work full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with weekends recommended during active storm response. You will dispatch from home; no central office check‑in is required. Primary markets are Illinois and Iowa, with potential travel to other company locations; travel beyond 1 hour outside the Chicago Metro is reimbursed!
Your mission is to create momentum in the market: identify prospects, spark conversations, inspect properties, and translate real needs into smart solutions. As our Multi-Family Roofing Business Development Sales Rep, you'll generate business through B2B canvassing, door‑to‑door outreach, multimedia connection, and word‑of‑mouth, then keep clients informed with timely, professional updates. You'll represent Legacy in adjuster meetings, board presentations, inspections, and key appointments, coordinating with internal support teams to deliver a smooth, high‑quality experience that earns repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:
- A reliable personal vehicle
- Basic math and computer competency
- Full lifecycle B2B sales experience
- A drone license or willingness to obtain one
