Our client, a dynamic and growing investment firm, is seeking a motivated and versatile Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality administrative support across multiple teams and departments. This is a critical role designed to ensure seamless coverage for executive assistants and administrative professionals, and gain exposure to multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to various teams and executives as needed.
- Support planning and execution of company wide events.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and discretion.
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and coordinate with vendors.
- Provide coverage for reception and front desk duties when required.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks across departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required.
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience in a financial services or investment firm required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
