Job DescriptionSupply Chain Coordinator - 1st Shift - $17/hr - Van Buren Twp., MIJoin Our Fast-Paced Automotive Supply Chain Team!Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day shipping, receiving, and administrative operations for automotive parts.
- Track releases from OEM/EDI systems and process daily transactions.
- Generate and submit Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) accurately.
- Ensure all shipping documentation, labeling, and inventory tracking are correct.
- Handle administrative tasks such as updating records, answering phones, and assisting customers with shipping inquiries.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Prior experience in a supply chain or logistics role within manufacturing or automotive.
- Hands-on knowledge of shipping and receiving documentation, including BOLs, packing lists, labels, and ASN creation.
- Familiarity with OEM release or EDI systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate Excel skills (formulas, charts, data management).
- Accuracy in data entry and maintaining detailed records.
