Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes
- Post and apply customer payments accurately
- Reconcile AR accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Follow up on outstanding balances and manage collections professionally
- Research and resolve billing issues and customer inquiries
- Prepare aging reports and support month-end close
- Collaborate closely with accounting, sales, and customer service teams
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Experience with ERP or accounting software
- Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivots preferred)
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and customers
- Self-starter mindset with strong follow-through

- Primarily onsite or hybrid depending on company needs
