A part-time Physical Therapist opportunity is available for a K-12 school setting located in Espanola, NM. This contract position starts immediately and continues through the end of the current school year. The role requires delivering physical therapy services across two campuses situated in the Albuquerque and Santa Fe areas, with a weekly commitment of 20 to 25 hours, including time allocated for documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students within the K-12 school system.
- Collaborate with educational staff to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
- Participate in team meetings to support the integration of therapy goals with educational objectives.
- Adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs in both school environments.
Desired Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist credential aligned with standards for school or healthcare settings.
