MAU is hiring an Administrative Specialist for our client Bosch in Charleston, SC. This is a long-term renewable contract opportunity.

Shift Information- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Required Education and Experience- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Education, or related field (or equivalent administrative experience)

  • Experience with documentation processes, data entry, or deadline-driven administrative work

Preferred Education and Experience- Experience with training administration or government-related documentation processes

  • Familiarity with Litmos or another learning management system
  • Strong written communication skills for preparing clear messages, forms, and documentation

General Requirements- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Ability to work comfortably within online portals and digital databases
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Ability to manage repeating processes and maintain accurate records
  • Professional handling of confidential information
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with instructors, employees, and HR partners
  • Reliable and accountable in managing time-sensitive tasks

Essential Functions- Prepare, organize, and upload required documentation for workforce-related grants and tax incentive programs

  • Manage deadlines, submission calendars, and recurring reporting requirements
  • Maintain well-structured digital files for grant submissions, supporting documents, approvals, and compliance materials
  • Assist with audit requests by gathering and compiling required records
  • Communicate with agencies for follow-ups or clarifications as needed
  • Manage and update training schedules for technical courses, bootcamps, and apprenticeship classes
  • Coordinate instructor availability, facility assignments, materials, and participant rosters
  • Track attendance, completions, grades, and training outcomes using standard templates and systems
  • Prepare and send communications to participants and supervisors, including confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes
  • Provide organizational support during training events as needed
  • Upload and update course materials and resources within Litmos
  • Enroll employees in courses, verify assignments, and troubleshoot basic access issues
  • Run completion reports and support compliance tracking across required programs
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency between Litmos and internal HR systems
