Job Title: Insurance Administrative Assistant

Department: Loan Operations

Reports To: Loan Operations Manager

SUMMARY

Maintain adequate insurance documentation for all properties mortgages through CNB Bank and pay property taxes on all properties with a CNB escrow account.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review premium notices from insurance companies for property owned.
  • Pay insurance premiums for all loans escrowed through CNB.
  • Review notifications from insurance companies regarding lapse in premium paid by customers for real estate and equipment loans.
  • Balance property tax ledger with Eddy County Treasurers and Office.
  • Pay property taxes semi-annually for all properties CNB escrows for.
  • Manages monthly escrow analysis report.
  • Force-Place insurance as required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High School education or GED
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
