Job Title: Insurance Administrative Assistant
Department: Loan Operations
Reports To: Loan Operations Manager
SUMMARY
Maintain adequate insurance documentation for all properties mortgages through CNB Bank and pay property taxes on all properties with a CNB escrow account.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review premium notices from insurance companies for property owned.
- Pay insurance premiums for all loans escrowed through CNB.
- Review notifications from insurance companies regarding lapse in premium paid by customers for real estate and equipment loans.
- Balance property tax ledger with Eddy County Treasurers and Office.
- Pay property taxes semi-annually for all properties CNB escrows for.
- Manages monthly escrow analysis report.
- Force-Place insurance as required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School education or GED
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
