Insurance Sales Agent Job Summary

Excellent Opportunity to Join a Growing Independent Insurance Agency In the East Orlando Area. Seeking a Full-time Licensed Agent or CSR to join our Agency Team. Must be 4-40 or 2-20 Florida Insurance License. Training is Provided.

Pay is hourly plus bonuses - will be dependent upon experience, proficiency, and licensing.

Insurance Sales Agent Responsibilities

  • Attract potential customers
  • Maintain accounts by processing customer changes/endorsements
  • Recommend potential products or services to customers by analyzing customer needs
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


Insurance Sales Agent Qualifications

  • Florida Insurance License 440 or 220 required
  • Insurance Customer Service experience
  • Insurance Product Knowledge
  • Commercial Insurance Knowledge a plus
  • Quality focus

  • Insurance Market Knowledge
  • Documentation Skills
  • Listening/Phone Skills
