Required NRP & ACLS. PALS is a bonus. - Types of patients (adults, peds, and neonates?): ICU is 15 beds. Do not keep neonates if they are high acuity. Vent and ship until transport arrives. Babies will stay on cpap. They do have a pediatric floor and they will use high flow NC
