- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of community engagement programs, collecting feedback and data to suggest improvements.
- Manage communication channels (social media, email, newsletters) to keep the community informed and engaged with the company’s efforts.
- Represent the company at local community events and meetings, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring positive engagement.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations on community engagement activities and outcomes for internal stakeholders.
