Are you sharp on the phone, fast on follow-up, and great at qualifying leads? We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to connect with real estate investors who’ve already reached out. These are inbound leads only - no cold prospecting.


This role is all about speed, clarity, and communication. You'll be expected to make 100 calls per day, follow up relentlessly, and ask the right questions to qualify each lead. Your goal is to book appointments for our closing team and keep the CRM clean and up to date.


You won’t be scraping LinkedIn or cold emailing people who never asked to talk. You will be jumping on the phone quickly, talking to real investors, and moving them through our proven process.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Call all new inbound leads within 5 minutes of receiving them
  • Make 100+ dials per day across new, aged, and follow-up leads
  • Qualify leads by asking about their deal volume, experience level, and marketing goals
  • Book appointments for our closing team with qualified prospects
  • Follow up with leads who no-show or go quiet using calls, texts, and emails
  • Keep CRM records clean, organized, and up to date
  • Track your daily and weekly performance metrics
  • Share feedback with the team about lead quality, objections, and trends

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to make high-volume outbound calls (100+ per day)
  • Strong phone presence and confident communication skills
  • Experience using a CRM to manage leads and track follow-up
  • Comfortable following a script while still sounding natural
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a fast-moving pipeline
  • Self-motivated and accountable - you don’t need to be micromanaged
  • Coachable, curious, and eager to improve
  • Digital Marketing or sales experience is a plus, but not required
