A bit about us:
The Technical Production Assembler will be tasked with the set-up, repair, and assembly of equipment used in the manufacture of Destruction Devices. This is a hands-on position that will require a level of proficiency in electrical wiring, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and control.

Job Details
Responsibilities/ Duties:
- Work with a team to assemble entire equipment or components.
- Rotate through tasks for specific production processes.
- Review drawings for each assemble worked on
- Assemble each product according to specification.
- Maintain a clean orderly work environment.
- Identify any product defect, record and report accordingly.
- Conduct quality inspections of equipment or parts.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm that assembled products meet quality Standard.
- Complete any quality and production forms.
- Follow all quality and safety standards and procedures.
- Understand schematics for electro/mechanical assemblies.
- Experience with various types of power sources (e.g. AC, DC, single/three-phase).
- Follow assembly instructions, specifications, and schematics.
- Knowledge and experience in operating all types of hand and power tools while adhering to safety instructions.
- Use appropriate supplied measuring devices, including multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and other similar test equipment.
- Resolve assembly problems that may require altering dimensions or tolerances.
- Prepare finished product for shipment.
Background/ Experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or other related fields with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
- Experience with wiring, prototype, and production assemblies.
- Must be prepared to work flexible hours and schedules to meet deadlines.
- A major component of this job involves assembling, testing, and preparing for shipment of equipment that weighs up to 140 lbs.
