We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide advanced cardiopulmonary care in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role involves assessing, treating, and managing patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions while collaborating closely with physicians and care teams.

  • Perform and interpret diagnostic respiratory procedures (including arterial blood gases)
  • \n

  • Administer respiratory therapies and medications safely and effectively
  • \n

  • Initiate and manage respiratory care protocols
  • \n

  • Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to care teams
  • \n

  • Provide education to patients and families on respiratory care
  • \n

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • \n

  • Troubleshoot and manage respiratory equipment
  • \n

  • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
  • \n

  • Act as a mentor/resource for CRT staff when needed
  • \n

  • Float to other units as required
  • \n

  • RRT Certification – National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)

  • Active Colorado License (DORA)
  • \n

  • BLS (AHA) Certification

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience
