We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide advanced cardiopulmonary care in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role involves assessing, treating, and managing patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions while collaborating closely with physicians and care teams.

- Perform and interpret diagnostic respiratory procedures (including arterial blood gases)
- Administer respiratory therapies and medications safely and effectively
- Initiate and manage respiratory care protocols
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to care teams
- Provide education to patients and families on respiratory care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Troubleshoot and manage respiratory equipment
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Act as a mentor/resource for CRT staff when needed
- Float to other units as required
