We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, developing individualized recovery plans, and empowering patients to achieve their functional goals. The ideal candidate blends clinical expertise with a motivating personality to help patients navigate their journey from injury to wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Assessment: Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations of patients’ range of motion, strength, and functional ability to diagnose movement dysfunction.
- Plan of Care Development: Design and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans incorporating manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly re-evaluate patient milestones and adjust treatment strategies to ensure optimal recovery outcomes and safety.
- Patient Education: Instruct patients and their families on home exercise programs (HEPs), body mechanics, and injury prevention techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited university program.
- Licensure: Current state licensure to practice physical therapy and a valid CPR/BLS certification.
- Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular systems and their related pathologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for documenting clinical notes and building rapport with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
