Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Accountant to join our team. Onsite daily at our office in Annapolis, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and a passion for providing exceptional tax services.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.

Conduct tax research and stay current with tax laws and regulations.

Assist with tax planning and provide strategic tax advice to clients.

Ensure compliance with all tax filing deadlines and requirements.

Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive financial services.

Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and explain tax-related matters.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting within a public accounting firm.

CPA certification preferred.

Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
