We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced Receptionist to join our high-end dental practice. As a vital member of our team, you will be the first person that patients meet and set the tone of their whole visit. Customer Service background a plus, we will teach you the dental side.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients as they arrive.
- Reschedule patients as they leave.
- Follow-up with patients to ensure they arrive for their appointments.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Previous experience as a Front desk or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary $20-$25 an hour, depending on experience.
Monday through Thursday: 7:30 - 5:00
Friday: 7:30 - 1:00
Requirements
- Previous experience in as a Front Desk.

- Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills.
